12 Chicken Wings
5 Mushrooms, sliced
40g celery, shredded
4 slices ginger,
finely shredded
1 stem Spring Onion,
finely shredded

11⁄2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine

11⁄4 cup water
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp KF Fish Sauce
2 tbsp KF Oyster Sauce


  1. Wash the chicken wings and marinate for
    15 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat the wok and put in a tablespoonful of oil. Sauté ginger and spring onion.
  3. Add in Chicken Wings, pan fry until they turn golden colour.
  4. Put in all other ingredients and seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Toss well and serve
