450g Pork Chop
4 Kaffir lime leaves
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 red chilli
1/4 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp KF Fish Sauce
Cornstarch for coating chops


  1. Blend the lime leaves, shallots, garlic and red chilli in 1/3 cup water.
  2. Stir in the cornstarch, sugar and fish sauce.
  3. Marinate the pork chops in the mixture for 2 hours. Drain well.
  4. Coat the pork chops with a thin layer of cornstarch.
  5. Deep fry until a golden colour. Drain well and serve.
