Ingredients


250g calamari
1/2 onion, shredded
1/2 green capsicum, shredded
1/2 red capsicum, shredded
2 tbsp Spicy King Sauce
1/2 tsp sugar, or to taste

Marinade:
1 tsp ginger juice
1 tbsp cornflour


     Method

  1. Marinate calamari for 20 minutes.
  2. Blanch in boiling water. Drain.
  3. Fry capsicum and onion in 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Stir in Spicy King Sauce and sugar.
  5. Add calamari.
  6. Serve.
