Ingredients


350g fish fillet, sliced
1/4 carrot, shredded
1/4 green capsicum, shredded
1/4 onion, shredded
6 tbsp KF Sweet and Sour Sauce
4 tbsp water
1½ tsp sugar

Marinade:
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp ginger juice
1/2 tsp salt
1½ tbsp cornflour


     Method

  1. Marinate fish.
  2. Fry fish until golden brown.
  3. Remove fish to plate.
  4. Stir-fry carrot, onion and capsicum.
  5. Add Sweet and Sour Sauce,sugar and water.
  6. Pour sauce over fish and serve.
